Dear Ms Jean
I believe your reply that you sent to me further proved my point that my complaints were taken lightly.
I quote from YOUR email that I board taxi SHB6029Z. If you had bothered to read my email properly, this is not the taxi that I made a complaint against..! I made a complaint on taxi 8942D & 6542M. It puzzles me how you arrive with taxi no. 6029Z.
I have exhausted all patience in following up on my complaints & I regret to inform that I would be taking further actions to make sure that my concerns are heard.
Thanks & Regards
Siti

RE : Reckless Driving by Taxi Driver (Registration 8942D)
Place of Incident : Kaki Bukit Ave (The traffic light beside Hitachi Building)
Date of Incident : 15 March 2007
Time of Incident : 1.27pm
Dear Sir,
I have just received your auto generated reply that you require another 7 days to investigate the below mentioned issues. I am utterly disappointed with the way your end is handling these issues.
First of all, your request for the additional 7 days was auto generated which showed no sense of responsibility & sincerity in resolving this issue. Should your end require more time for investigation, I believe an officer from your end should have the common courtesy to write personally to me instead of sending me a template.
Secondly, I believe that the past 2 weeks were sufficient to investigate the issues & the fact that the status of the issues are still unresolved posed a question of efficiency on your end.
Despite these incidents, I have been a patient & continuous commuter of Citycab & Comfort. I regret to inform you that I am unable to grant more time for your “investigations” & I will be writing to the Forum pages instead & await public response as I believe I would be able to gather fair & just comments on the matter instead of just receiving an auto generated reply.
Trust that the above is in order.
Thanks & Regards
